The finest light of the day is present from just after sunrise to just before sunset. This evening was no exception. This best type of light only lasts from 10 to 15 minutes. One has to know ahead of time where to be and get set up ahead of time. I was in place this evening at a beautiful field of yellow evening primroses. Once the light began to change, I only had few minutes to capture it all. I was using a film camera and digital cameras. I would finish a roll of film, reload, grab a digital camera.....I just kept shooting. The light arrived and then.................it was gone.
The changing light on the distant thunderheads was exceptionally beautiful. A wonderful evening.
